Service was very slow and not busy. A little pricey for the quality of the food. My daughter had a hair in her food. Bathroom was nasty. Won't go back or recommend it to anyone.

I recommend this place 10/10, the food is too delicious, they serve it super fast and Mr. Andrés is super friendly, I could say that it is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever visited.

The restaurant is wonderful, the attention we received was great, the food is exquisite besides that, it was a nice place to celébrate this special event. I recommend it and it’s my new place to go

Service was slow, salsa was watery. Food actually didn't have much flavor.

I really wish I could love this place, the decor is fun. It took around 15 minutes for our server to come take our drink orders, 45 minutes for our food to come out. The nachos were lukewarm, the shrimp quesadilla lacked any spice or seasoning and the chips for the salsa were stale. The food was all flavorless, unfortunately I feel like my time and money was wasted here, as it is very pricey compared to other Mexican restaurants in town. We won't be back.

Awesome food. Very authentic and delicious. Kind of a "hole-in-the wall" family vibe. We were so glad that we stopped in for lunch.

Everything was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. We went for my husbands birthday and it did not disappoint. Friendly service & great food.
Will definitely go again when back in the area. We highly recommend.

All other Mexican restaurants are dead to me. Everything is SO fresh and flavorful. It’s the only place in town you should go for Mexican food.

Finding Neutral

We've frequented La Cocina for many many years. It has definitely taken a turn for the worse in food quality, service, and of course the prices.
For $23 plus a $5 tip just a couple days ago... we waited for a good while to be seated (place wasn't busy) then waited about 15 minutes just to get beverages. Then waited about 30 minutes for flavorless chicken tacos (we could have made better tacos at home... not exaggerating either). As a bonus they gave one if us a big serving spoon to eat soup with?
We really loved this place and the staff that use to work there. It's a shame it's degraded . We've given this place MULTIPLE return visits in the hopes it would turn around. But after our last experience that's it. I'd rather go to Taco Bell than LA Cocina from here out... and I never go to Taco Bell.

If you're a chip and salsa person I would not advise going there You get the first little basket of chips and a very very small cup of salsa You have to pay for anything extra we ordered a chicken burritos shredded chicken burritos and it had a good flavor not quite enough seasoning and spoonful of rice and beans not too bad I just like salsa on my stuff and when it tried to charge me $2 and $0.09 for a very very small cup of salsa I don't think so this is my one time for this restaurant they got my money this time but they won't get no more Play start about $15 a piece the burrito is full of chicken and one little strip of mozzarella cheese inside not as hot as I thought it would be they I never offered any spices hot sauce or anything
