There is no doubt that this is one of the finest culinary experiences in the South. Chef Honan, previously at Le Bernardin, has brought his vision and skill set to St. Augustine. His creativity, complex sauces and plate composition are just breathtaking. His concept of using quality Japanese ingredients with French cooking techniques is something really special.

Probably the best Ramen spot that I have been to in all of Florida. Located in St Augustine, in very low key house looking location. The interior is very modern and it sets the mood and restaurant dynamic quickly. One very cool thing is that tye kitchen is open and very close by and uou can see all the action happening.
