Honestly such a find here. With a stop on every visit. The food is so unique and tasty. The vibes and staff are great too!
A few notes:
Sit inside the neighboring taproom for a good beer with your bowl
Portions on the hotbox are large, poke is just right
Poke isn’t what we’d traditionally expect, but it was good (raw onion and macadamia nuts really works)
Kaluah pork is super tender but a little salty

I crave their tuna wonton nachos on the regular! The best!
The Hawaiian Ahi Tuna bowl was tasty! The tuna was very fresh. Meg was awesome!! She was so sweet to explain the menu options.

Hotbox offers authentic Hawaiian food from a truck, with a beer and coffee bar. The cute, colorful, and hipster location is quiet and away from big crowds, featuring dog-friendly outdoor seating. The friendly, smiling, and passionate staff provide great service. The ahi tuna is top notch, fresh, and prepared with great flavors. Menu highlights include the ahi tuna wonton nachos—delicious, flavorful, and crunchy with slightly spicy tangy sauce—and the spam musubi. The poke has a huge amount of fish. While the food is very good, it can sometimes be a little too salty. It is good value for the location.
