The food handed out was not as we ordered. The coffee wasn’t correctly prepared. Our burritos were cold. They were having a hard time. We stopped in the parking lot to get our meals ready to eat and discovered the discrepancies. I went back to the window and the coffee problem was corrected. The employee was courteous and he apologized. We didn’t realize the burritos were cold until we were a mile out but with 600 miles to drive we didn’t go back.

Just left McDonald’s pulled up to the Ponce location and was told only DoorDash or mobile orders now I understand that it’s 2:47am in the morning right now but I heard this girl complaining over the intercom saying look at all these orders cause she gotta work well I had to work to download this app and get my food cause they ain’t stopping me from nothing still getting my macdonalds meal seems to me like they ain’t tryna work.

Was waiting on drive thru, line building outside and all we can hear is laughing from inside. When I honked to get someone's attention all I got was attitude from what I assume was the manager. Only after I honked did the line start to move though. Lobby was empty btw.

I ordered food for five people and I get home and nearly every thing was wrong! I called and was told to bring a receipt back, which normally would be fine but I don't have it. We all ate what they decided to give us. But it's pretty funny to order things with "no pickles" and get extra pickles on everything, not to mention ordering double cheeseburgers and getting a few cheeseburgers, the manager was rude as hell. You should be ashamed after I put in a 54$ order. You're whack and rude as hell no wonder why that's where you work

Ordered a fish filet meal inside because the drive thru was insane. After my order sat on the counter and people ordering after me received their food, I asked the cashier to check on my order. He had to wait for someone to put the fries in. Looked in bag and saw filet box on top. On the way home my Mom opened her fish and it was a chicken patty with cheese. Didn't have time to go back and replace it. Very disappointed and hope that this will be a wake up call to pay attention in the future.

I waited nearly 10 minutes as Juan walked past me repeatedly, blatantly ignoring me—too busy whining about his shift and flirting miserably with his coworkers. No wonder the drive-thru is ridiculously long, and the stench of secondhand embarrassment is so potent that I need a mask.

Showed up at the McDonald's at 4:00 a.m. very hungry. This is a 24-hour McDonald's all the lights were on. People were inside but there were cones in front of the drive-thru. When I tried to get someone's attention through the window they all just ignored me. I don't understand why a restaurant is posted to be open 24 hours when they're not! I called multiple times. It went to voicemail. I left two messages.
