Very clean McDonald’s with excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was well-maintained. The food was served quickly and everything was fresh. A great place to stop in San Augustine!

Very friendly morning crew. We don’t eat fast food often but this location was great. They had the breakfast biscuits and gravy my daughter wanted for her birthday breakfast.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life nuggets were disgusting the spicy chicken sandwich was hard the French fries were cold the employees act like they are def when you want so ketchup I'm glad I don't live around here or I would never eat McDonald's again just terrible

I placed a dine in order. I had a table marker and everything! After sitting at the table for 10-15 minutes I went to the counter and told them I had been waiting a while for my dine in order, and the cashier proceeded to tell me that they stopped doing dine in orders because they were busy. She left my food sitting on the counter, without telling me. She acted astonished when I told her if the dine in is closed they shouldn’t do dine in orders and that she should have said something. She got irritated and walked away. Terrible customer service. My food was good, but it would’ve been better if it hadn’t sat out for 15 minutes. It’s worth the few minute drive to get better customer service and quality food. I do not recommend stopping here.

We went to the drive through. We ordered 2 chocolate shakes, a kid meal, and a large fry. They asked us to pull over to wait. 5 or more cars came through and left while we were waiting. I finally walked inside to get the food. They had not even started it. It took 20 minutes from the time we ordered until the time we got our food. Not acceptable for a fast food place. I will add the staff was friendly, not overly apologetic but friendly.

i waited in the line for 20 minutes and this mcdonald’s proceeded to take 3 orders from the other speaker. I’m so hangry and i had to leave the line after waiting so long, not cool mcdonalds
