Very clean McDonald’s with excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was well-maintained. The food was served quickly and everything was fresh. A great place to stop in San Augustine!

Ordered and was told to pull forward. Waited 10 minutes and she brought out a bag and started to walk off. I looked in the bag and was missing a 10 piece nugget. She went back for another 10 min before coming back with the nuggets.

We went to the drive through. We ordered 2 chocolate shakes, a kid meal, and a large fry. They asked us to pull over to wait. 5 or more cars came through and left while we were waiting. I finally walked inside to get the food. They had not even started it. It took 20 minutes from the time we ordered until the time we got our food. Not acceptable for a fast food place. I will add the staff was friendly, not overly apologetic but friendly.
