The mistreatment, bad service and arrogance of the owner and manager of the premises is the worst I have ever seen. Since the lines are very long, the owner thinks he owns the world. I went with my family, when I sat at a table the manager approached me and yelled at me horribly, telling me that I couldn't sit down without the pizza in my hand, I told him my husband is paying for this by hitting the table and he didn't care who he was with. The children grabbed my arm and told me to leave the premises. I really had a super miserable time, it's a place to never return to.

The worst moment of my life. After waiting in a long line to buy food for my wife and my aunt, an elderly lady, they sat at a table while I paid and waited for the food. The waiter rudely approached them, yelling and telling them to leave. When I realized what was happening, I went to see what was going on, and the same waiter came to me aggressively, without caring that I was with my 10-year-old son, who started crying. As all the other tables turned to see the commotion, the restaurant owner came out and told us to leave, saying he would refund our money because “there are plenty of people in line, and I don't care about the situation.” Honestly, that place should be shut down for such disrespect toward women.

The worst moment in my life. After a long queue to buy my bride and I had a lady from the third party and they met at a table while I was paying and they entreated me the lady and the beggar spoke in a big way and asked her grittily. At the end of the day I was to see what day it was and the little mesonero was the first time I cared that I was with my 10 year old son who I can cry about and when all the meals stopped before me I went up to the restaurant saying that we were going to meet them we donated the money “that many people do the truth is that the situation doesn't matter to you, "in truth they should try to avoid the respect to the ladies

We enjoyed the pizza crust is amazing. We did the garlic rolls were the best. Love the fact it is a small family business. We enjoyed our meal. Quick meal loved the sauce asked for a side. Delicious and fast.

Service was absolutely horrible! There were 5 people in the restaurant, and we were hurried and talked to like completely idiots by 3 different people who were extremely rude to us. My wife and I were looking at each other like what did we do wrong!

Pizza was ok but couldn't get the bad taste of the service out of our mouth!

It is one of St. Augustine's most famous restaurants and was ranked as the second best restaurant in the country for pizza.
There are a variety of pizzas on display, priced between $5.50 and $9.50 per slice, and they only accept cash, not cards.
The dough is softer and crispier than other places.
I definitely want to go back and try it.
