Always a great time here. The pizza is always fresh, customer service on point and line moves quickly. I like that they have the prices listed now. Because BAAYBEEE, let me get to the end of the line and find out 3 slices of pizza is $40. No thanks lol

The presentation as far as pizza it's 5 star but flavor was extinct and bland mine was water bread the sauce was mashed up tomatoes food was not greasy period and I've experienced pizza drenched in grease and I'd much rather greasy drenched pizza that gives me the runs bc it atleast has flavor and my wife's pizza was not much to be desired had a bit of flavor but everything on top of the bread was dryer then the bread it's self and the sign from trip advisor being #2 in the country I couldn't laugh harder anyone reading this if you ever come to northeast Tennessee or southwest Virginia pizza and alot of other food is made at alot higher standard

The owner was so nice and funny. The food was good. They were fast with making our order. We were celebrating our honeymoon and this was as close as to New York style pie for my husband to try. My only thing is when i asked the cashier what was the name brand of the sangria i got she said sangria and walked away. Other than that I enjoyed the food and the friendly owner.

Been eating here over a decade, and it has declined. They don’t offer Parmesan topping, limit one refill for drinks, and you can’t order a pizza for dining in. At a pizza place.
Then I got to the counter and we ordered a lot of food. She called my son back because she had to physically see the food. So when my husband went to walk food to the table as I paid, I said she had to see it and she barked at me about how she did see it. Draconian rules for middling pizza and you stand and sweat to pay cash for it too.
Go somewhere for better pizza, or get more interesting food when in St Augustine.

I,ve eaten at pizza time for about a year now and definitely would rate the best pizza I’ve eaten. So I Stopped in yesterday to grab a slice and I knew something was different. It was even better than before, so I asked them have are you guys doing something different with the crust and they said yes. I was amazed just when you thought It couldn’t get any better. They’ve changed the crust and I must say this Pizza goes above And beyond the best pizza. Dominic, the owner such an amazing host cares about his Customers and there experience. I personally rate Pizza time has the best pizza ever. Terry, Beaver home services? We will be having our next lunching at pizza time.way to go guys great pie

Wayyyy over priced pizza for what it is. My boyfriend paid $30 for 3 slices of pizza. The mushroom spinach pizza was so salty I couldn’t eat it. They took forever to heat up my pizza while others who arrived after me go their pizza faster. A thicker, bald man with glasses was super rude to other coworkers and to me.

Overpriced slices, is crazy paying almost 10$ per slice of pizza! And the flavor isn’t that good for what you pay.

Eating here is a must! We got the grandma, a sausage and meatball, and a white chicken ricotta pizza slice. The white one was top choice and so good. Gloss of ricotta and was not a dry slice. The meat one was very good and the grandma's was good just needed a little more sauce. I would order all three of these again. We were not hungry, but wanted to try these on our last night here. With not being hungry it all tasted amazing! That's when you know it's good food. I will be back next time I'm here!

I was really looking forward to trying Pizza Time in St. Augustine given all the hype, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The pizza was disappointing — the crust was hard, and it lacked the flavor and freshness I was expecting. At $9.75 for a single slice, it felt very overpriced for what was served.
The service also felt rushed, as if the goal was to push people through quickly rather than provide a good dining experience. Even though the pizzas look appealing in the display, the actual product doesn’t match up. Overall, Pizza Time felt overrated and not worth the price.
