My friend is here from Canada. The denied entry with a Canadian ID + NEXUS card. Mind you - you can enter the United States with a Nexus card. We spoke to management, still no over ride.
I’m not sure if it’s the color of our skin, or something else - but no other place on St. George st gave us any issues.
Very disappointing as we just wanted some good music.

Denied entry on my first day visiting by the assistant manager after presenting my Canadian driver’s licence and NEXUS card, both valid government-issued ID for cross-border travel. I was told there was a ‘policy’ requiring U.S. identification, but nothing was posted or clearly explained. Very disappointing and not a welcoming experience for visitors.

I live in Utah and was visiting St. Augustine with my daughter who lives in Florida. We went in for a bite and were so blown away by the relaxing atmosphere and oh-so-good music and over-the-top food!!!! Lu was our server and she took the best care of us!! She was friendly, outgoing, and concerned that everything was as we wanted it. I had to buy a t-shirt before we left!! This will be a must-do on my next trip to Florida. Kudos to the chef, owners, and staff. Awesome job!! Gail T.

Fun place! I liked the live music. No wait for a table. Our server was super nice! I got the chicken… pot pie……? The chicken and the biscuit were great. The mash and veggies were not good. Everyone else got burgers, they enjoyed them.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY… I️ have dined here before and it was lovely. The food and service were great. Today I️ came back, excited to show my husband the place with my son. There was a small wait; 15 minutes. We waited and while putting our name on the wait i requested a booth so my son could sit next to me. He’s 3 but tall and the high chairs are uncomfortable for him. In a booth it’s much more enjoyable for him and me so I’m not worried about him falling off the chair. The host said “you can’t do a table” I️ told him I️ guess we could but I’d like a booth. We waited. Got the text to come in. He walked us to a table in the middle walk way. We had a stroller and there is no where to put it there. I️ look around and see several empty booths. I️ asked him if we could have one of those booths and he said no. I’m sorry what? Why? He said it’s a fire hazard for the highchair. I️ said I️ don’t need a highchair if we can have a booth. He said the booths are only for parties of 4 or more…. I️ sat in a booth last time as a party of 2. With a booth we could slide our stroller under it. We ended up just leaving. The host you had working today, young man, was rude and unaccommodating. I’d understand if there was no booths, if there was a line out the door, or even if we had to wait longer. But for half of them to be empty and we weren’t allowed to sit there because we were only 3 instead of 4 is crazy to me.
1/19 at around 1:05pm. Didn't make it past the host, young guy who couldn't have been ruder. Either having a bad day or not interested in accommodating strollers .. either way plenty of other great places to check out in St Augustine. Heads up to those with strollers!

This a fun restaurant with great atmosphere and service but unfortunately out of the four in our party no one enjoyed their food. It was extremely greasy and looked thrown together. This may be a better place to come to enjoy a cocktail.

Food and service were good. We had made a reservation. Towards the end of our evening we were visibly still enjoying our drinks when a member of the staff came Over to us and said they needed our table, we said no problem we will be leaving soon. As we left we noticed there was no line and multiple tables that were open. So with that being said we were a bit confused why we were being asked to leave our table. Needless to say we will not be returning because of this.
