I didn't rate the food because I haven't eaten yet. I've been sitting here for an hour and a half waiting on my order. My last day of vacation is being wasted in their dining room waiting for food. Definitely don't come here if you don't have all day.

Sarbez is a truly unique space. Upon entering, you will find a love for the arts and music, a retro throwback to some of your favorite entertainment, and most importantly, the most delicious gourmet grilled cheese you’ve ever had! They have an amazing craft beer list and great wine selection and the service is always friendly! Highly recommended and one of my favorite places in the entire state!

As a local this place is one of our favorites! It’s perfect for a date night with my husband or to bring our kids for a family fun day. The food is always amazing! The staff are always kind and friendly. We love the atmosphere, the games, the music. Definitely the coolest place in town with so much character!

Okay, it's just grilled cheese sandwiches and beers. However, this vibe is retro college at its finest. It'll transport you back in time. It make you feel like you're in your young twenties again! And if you're in your young twenties... boom, it already did it.

I was long without a religion, in search of new faith. That is no longer. Within Sarbez a God is found in each melted slab of cheese, sealed between 2 perfectly toasted slices of bread. Their selection of mead merely another one of Her hidden miracles. (I drive over 3 hours just to come to this place, everything about it is awesome).

Atmosphere was confusing- like they couldnt make up their mind kind of look... eclectic... not really. Grilled cheese was good though. Need better seating layout.
