We had no prior knowledge of Blackfly. We chose it because it was close to our rental. We smiled as soon as we walked in the side door leading to the bar area and everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves. The further we entered the very well decorated restaurant the more we knew we had made a good choice. To us, the best reason to visit St. Augustine is dining at the Blackfly! Absolutely delish! The food was wonderful, fresh and perfect proportionally.. the drinks great, our wonderful waitress Ireland helped us pick out a bottle of wine that paired beautifully with our dinner.. she was very attentive. Great server!! Thank you!! Please make reservations and do not miss out on this local awesome restaurant!!
