First, the new app doesn't handle changing locations very well, and it lags. Second, after checking in, no one brought my food. They said that I didn't check in, even though I saw my name pop up on the stall screen. Lastly, pulling up in the drive-thru to get my order, and they don't have sugar to make sweet tea. There is no apology, no offer of compensation, not a care. I like a lot of things about Sonic, but recently store management has been lacking, and the new app update needs to be fixed.

Sonic food is so good, but it's the slowest Sonic in the UNIVERSE!!! It has poor service and it hasn't gotten any better. We've been here multiple times over the last two years and it's always been the same.

Unfortunately they do not take tap and pay and the drive up screen didn't work ?. And wasn't sure what the handicap parking place was at the end of the lot and not by the door ?. The shake was good but didn't look like the picture. ?

Horrendous service. Pulled up to a bay and pressed the button to order. They never got to me. Pressed the button a few more times and nothing happened. waited over 20 minutes for no service. watched other cars leave and then also left. there was a girl in there WATCHING people leave. there was 3 cars. its just sad these employees are not running the establishment just sitting around. wasting tax dollars collecting a pay check. 0/10 stars deserved to loose all the customers i watched leave
