Sonic food is so good, but it's the slowest Sonic in the UNIVERSE!!! It has poor service and it hasn't gotten any better. We've been here multiple times over the last two years and it's always been the same.
Unfortunately they do not take tap and pay and the drive up screen didn't work ?. And wasn't sure what the handicap parking place was at the end of the lot and not by the door ?. The shake was good but didn't look like the picture. ?

First, the new app doesn't handle changing locations very well, and it lags. Second, after checking in, no one brought my food. They said that I didn't check in, even though I saw my name pop up on the stall screen. Lastly, pulling up in the drive-thru to get my order, and they don't have sugar to make sweet tea. There is no apology, no offer of compensation, not a care. I like a lot of things about Sonic, but recently store management has been lacking, and the new app update...read full review
