Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences we’ve had. The staff and owner were extremely rude and treated our party with clear disrespect from the moment we arrived. The attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, and any attempt to address concerns was met with hostility rather than basic courtesy. This level of behavior is unacceptable in hospitality, and we will not be returning.

Worst personal reception. Arrived a little before 9:00 om on Sunday night. Bearded young man took our order and told I we had 90 seconds to eat and drink 2 beers. Asked for ketchup and he said we had 60 seconds to leave or he was calling police. Worst service ever. 0 Stars!

OVERPRICED ! Stopped in on Halloween and they Refused to let us get a refill on sweet tea or coke
Their lie was that the machine just all of a sudden quit working. What's that got to do with tea, such a RIPOFF , Spent $55 on 2 sandwiches and a small fry and 2 drinks and they would not give us anymore drinks. And they were going to be open a minimum of 2 hours more. So why didn't they just turn their lights off and close their doors? So pitiful, such a Disgrace to downtown St Augustine and to Blatantly Lie to a customer like that

This place is AMAZING!!! The cheesesteaks are incredible, playful and fun atmosphere, and beautiful downtown views. Will definitely keep coming back!
