This spot was a staple when I went to Flagler, it was an after meal spot for guests from my wedding and the only spot in town that would feed a bachelorette party dinner. They are open late and my favorite stop in town, everyone needs to at least stop by once because after that they will become regulars.

Hands down, the best cheesesteak in town. If you're craving the real deal, look no further—South of Philly absolutely nails it. The bread is soft with the perfect chew, the meat is juicy and seasoned just right, and the cheese melt? Perfection. Every bite takes you straight to Philly without ever leaving St. Augustine.
