They didn't have enough employees, and although I understand that drive thru takes priority, they should try harder to get the people inside served in a timely manner as well.
Love my hot Vanilla Blonde Latte.

Normal Starbucks coffee always good. Went to buy a bottle of syrup as I always do from Starbucks and was told this location doesn't participate in this. First time this has ever happened. Googled it and verified it is still company policy. Maybe person wasn't trained.
