I stopped by this ice cream shop with pretty normal expectations, and overall it was a good experience. The ice cream itself was really solid creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The portions were fair for the price, and there were enough flavors to keep things interesting without being overwhelming.
Operation needs improvement. It took staff 25 minutes to get the 4 people in front of me their order. Then I got to the counter just to be told they were out of cookies for the cookie ice cream sandwiches which is one of the main products featured on their menu. At least put a sign up so I, or the other 20 people behind me, don’t waste our time. Especially since it was 6p not towards end of night when this might be anticipated…very disappointing. I really want to say thank you to the worker I didn’t get her name everything happened so fast but my daughter passed out in there an you was so compassionate and caring I really want the owners to know that you are the best employee an Thank you so much
