We made a reservation and thought we would try a new restaurant with friends. On arrival, they closed the seating in the restaurant and had our party of 4 sit in the bar area. We were served by the bartender, who tried hard to take care of us. The food was mediocre. We will not go back.
No indication to seat yourself or wait. We sat ourselves. Thankfully someone was quick to great us. The drink we shared was a strawberry lemon drop. The first was good, the second was aright (stronger than the first). We shared a burger and fries for dinner. It was on Texas toast since they were out of brioche buns. Both were delicious. For dessert we shared key like pie. It was tart. The only thing to dull the tart was the whip cream. The drizzle and berries had no influence....
Stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located for a month. I ate there almost every night for dinner. Good food and great service. Big shout out to all the bar staff. Robin, Kelly, Amanda, and Thomas. Always friendly and great conversations.
