Overall, not a great experience for our group. To start, all of us were in agreement that the waffles were not very good. They were an odd chewy texture and salty in a bad way. I received my order first while everyone in our group waited at least another 20 minutes to receive theirs. I am also curious as to why my waffle was half the size of everyone else’s when I paid the same price. There’s no way fruit and nutella are worth more than chicken strips and caprese. The space was extremely cramped as well. Other guests kept bumping me trying to get by. I don’t think any of us will be coming back to this spot.

Such a cute &delicious little waffle shop. Overall, our party tried 5 of the waffles. The waffles were light and fluffy, the brisket was perfect and we all enjoyed the unique creams. Can’t wait to try more !

This is a MUST! As a recently diagnosed celiac, I was so worried about finding true GF options while we were visiting. They had so many options and were so allergen conscious and friendly— they had dedicated prep station, premade batter ready to go, a dedicated waffle iron, and had already denoted what was safe to eat on their clearly marked menu. The employee ended up remaking my waffle because she wasn’t happy with the consistency of the avocado initially. So delicious, so filling! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Want a GF treat in St. Augustine?! Head to Whips! My kids and I (all Gluten free) went to Whips for a tasty brunch because we were told That they have some GF options and were so happily surprised to find out that almost everything on the menu is Gf or can be modified. The waffles are sooooooo good. Toppings were tasty and I had a hard time deciding which one I wanted. Our server, Bri, was super friendly and knowledge about celiac as well. We will tell all of our GF friends (and others too!) to head over asap!

Excellent waffles! Unique and delicious! We did the Sampler Trip and had the Mac&cheese and brisket, the spicy blackberry and brie, and the cookie butter waffle. All were absolutely delicious and my family loved them! Might even return for the chicken and waffles before we leave St. Augustine. The employees were friendly and my wife LOVED the little hand washing station and thought every restaurant should have something similar.

Went at 915am, and there was no one else in line. I still had to wait 15+ minutes for a single waffle. I appreciate the vegan options, as I can't eat dairy. We got the strawberry shortcake waffle, and the flavors were good. However, it almost tasted raw, which was confusing because we had to wait so long for it. I would definitely give it another shot maybe in the future :)
The Bourbon Peach Cobbler waffle was ridiculously good. This place is on St. George Street and is only open to pedestrian traffic. They do not have a restroom, but a public restroom is located nearby.

My gluten free bourbon peach cobbler waffle was delicious and my husband really enjoyed his customized chicken waffle. They had so many customizable gluten free options. I am looking forward to visiting again!

Loved that they have vegan options! Everyone loved their waffles specially the sweet ones. The vegan waffle & chickn was so yummy too Staff was so nice when we asked questions & wanted to make sure vegans in group had their stuff dairy / egg free.
Cant wait to go back to try more!
