As someone with celiac, I found so much comfort in being able to eat here on vacation! We are so limited due to risk of cross contact, but when I went in and advised of being celiac, the staff was so amazing and so informed. They have a whole separate set up just for gluten free that they showed me and talked me thru all the precautions they take to ensure a safe preparation! Limited seating, we came earlier. Food was amazing. They had lots of options, and gluten free. There is a sampler so if you can’t decide on one you can try three! Also seasonal options so the menu is ever changing.
I have gone 3 times now because we love their waffles, but they take AGES to make them. There were at least 4 employees today and it took them 40 min to make us ONE waffle. And there were no other customers except us. Last time it was worse, it took them an HOUR to make us a waffle, and again, the place was empty.
