Had an extremely unpleasant interaction with one of the bartenders. Being a bartender myself, I understand the stress that comes with of high volume crowds and how it can be annoying at times when customers ask silly no brainer questions. However, a group of my friends and I were looking for a place to get carbombs and decided to see if the White Lion had them. When i approached the bar and asked the bartender if they could make carbombs she responded in a condescending tone saying “I guess I could make a car bomb”. The lack of confidence in her response gave me the impression she wasn’t exactly sure and I asked if they had Guinness. The bartender gave me a look pf disgust and yelled at me and said “obviously we have Guinness if I just told you we can make a car bomb” and rolled her eyes. I told her I was sorry for my obvious question and explained that I only asked because she seemed unsure. Both of the other bartenders saw this interaction and apologized on her behalf and one of them stepped in to take over. Both of the other bartenders were super friendly and were doing an awesome job with speedy and great service. My group and I also observed that she approached the next few customers with the same horrible attitude. “What do you want” in a sour tone. She also walked over to a group on the other Side of the bar and was mocking me to them and laughing. Based on the look of her coworkers faces throughout this entire interaction, it seems to be typical behavior for her that they also have to put up with. It’s extremely rare that I write reviews, especially negative ones- however, it’s a great shame that such a vibrant fun establishment has to be tarnished with a rotten person representing them. Regardless, I appreciated the other bartenders and their compassion and tipped them %35 for the round of drinks I bought. It’s unfortunate that the tips are pooled because she didn’t deserve a single penny of my tip. I can imagine there’s plenty of bartenders that would love to hired at the White Lion for its fun atmosphere and i genuinely hope she gets replaced with someone who deserves the role instead. Customer service can be extremely aggravating at times, but if your reaction of receiving a silly question is to explode on a customer then this isn’t the profession for you. Otherwise, the drinks were good, the atmosphere was great, games were fun, and vibes were high.

BEWARE!! THEY WILL CHANGE THE TIP ON YOUR TAB!! They charged an extra 45.00 dollar tip on my card. I had a $10.07 tab, I put a $5 dollar tip, WHICH IS GENEROUS CONSIDERING THE TAB WAS $10.07. I check my bank account later on and I’m being charged $55.07. Very trashy, ungrateful, and extremely inappropriate of the establishment.

Went 10/13 on Monday for Monday night football with my gf. JJ was awesome attentive and kind. Went back 10:15pm on 10/14 a Tuesday was greeted and IDed by a kind man and then went in to the bathroom while my gf was going to order drinks. 7 minutes went by she was never approached the bartender was just chatting with people, she then also went to the bathroom after a while we both came out at about 10:25 and the female bartender was just texting on the end of the bar still ignoring us so we ended up leaving. Absolutely horrible behavior men’s bathroom was clean tho.

Bartender sucks rumple minze is the worst drink 🤮🤮 and he made the worst LIT I’ve ever had. Tipped him better than I should have!! I asked for a strong drink not the strongest ! Gave me a 50 percent alcohol shot when I already was drunk! Definitely doing that jerk bartender thing! No wonder why he doesn’t have any regulars that were there. Place was empty, pathetic!

My wife and I tried to go in for a drink last night and the bouncer who was checking for ID was a complete jerk off for no reason, mind you we look way over 21. He couldn't see the date on my wifes ID and when she went to take it out of her wallet he tried to yank it out but ended up with her concealed carry permit instead and yelled at her that that doesn't work as identification even tho he was the one who yanked the wrong ID from her. He also made me pull up my shirt in the rudest way to see if I had any weapons (btw I didn't). I would not recommend this place at all, dont walk but run from this place. After letting us in we turned around and walked right out. Definitely gives off a rough not safe crowd vibe. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
