Never seen a sandwich with this much ranch in my life it was spread on both buns and in between the veggies. Never got the drink I ordered and no napkins. Girl at the window didn’t even look me in the eyes one time seemed to have a shitty attitude

THE DRYEST SANDWICH IN THE WORLD, there was no sauce on the bread what so ever, ANDD AND!! YOU COULDNT EVEN PUT ZAX SAUCE OR RANCH WITH MY MEAL TO DIP MY FRIES IN?
I guess you eat yours dry.

Love their Asian salad. Delicious 😋 Last couple of times I've had missing items. I do online orders so it's not so evident until you get back to work. Missing eggs and salad dressings and things like that. Food is great but this location services subpar. Not ordering here anymore. NO DRESSING.... Oh, no.

The lady taking our order was half asleep, and three items out of our simple order were missing. Chicken itself was good, but some service training sessions are highly recommended. Also, it wouldn't hurt to wipe the tables down once in a while....

We ordered 2 big zax snacks , 2 extra fries . We received no extra fries. We went back , and they still took forever to give me my fries . The cooks in the back were very talkative , but couldn’t even get my food right . i am still mad 😡😡😡. Very salty , like are u trying to kill.

I ordered two fried chicken salads and both were filled with rotten lettuce. I returned them the next day, but I have had numerous problems with food poisoning at this location and I am officially not returning and not taking down my post.

screw up my order every time, without fail, and when you try to talk to them again in the drive through they slam the door shut so you cant say anything

Used to always go here but the last time i went the soda machine messed up and sprayed all over me. The employee couldn't have cared less when i told her about it. They continued to let this happen to other people and acted like we were at fault for it spraying on the floor.
