Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This was the worst fast-food experience I’ve had. Google showed the location closing at 10:00 PM, and since it was close to where we were staying, we walked over.

When we arrived at the drive-thru, an employee clearly saw us but did not come over or acknowledge us and acted as if we weren’t there at all. Earlier, a waitress had told us the restaurant was still open, so this was very confusing and frustrating.

I understand that people want to go home, but basic courtesy goes a long way. Simply letting customers know that the restaurant is closed would have been enough. Ignoring customers entirely is disrespectful and only hurts the restaurant’s reputation.

Everything was extremely salty. The bread, the chicken, everything.

Kind and friendly service. The food was something concocted by a supervillain. There is enough salt in a meal to support a small cattle farm. Top it off with every version of a sweet and spicy sauce. A true salt lick.

I'm honestly pretty disappointed. I really like Zaxby's, but this location let me down. The lighting looks sterile and creepy, and the food is WAY over-salted.

The Coke machine was desperately in need of replenishment & calibration! The Fanta Orange that I finally settled on, was undrinkable!

Ate here last night and had to throw my wings out so old and nasty!! The trash was the best place for them!

They were out of chocolate milk for the kids meal, I asked if they could make some and they were more than happy to help. It’s a small gesture but goes a long way. I’d go back because of that act of kindness

Never seen a sandwich with this much ranch in my life it was spread on both buns and in between the veggies. Never got the drink I ordered and no napkins. Girl at the window didn’t even look me in the eyes one time seemed to have a shitty attitude

This is my go to location , and I have been ordering from here for years , well today I ordered Uber eats, and I got the Kickin Chicken sandwich with fries. Let me tell you !!!
THE DRYEST SANDWICH IN THE WORLD, there was no sauce on the bread what so ever, ANDD AND!! YOU COULDNT EVEN PUT ZAX SAUCE OR RANCH WITH MY MEAL TO DIP MY FRIES IN?
I guess you eat yours dry.

Love their Asian salad. Delicious 😋 Last couple of times I've had missing items. I do online orders so it's not so evident until you get back to work. Missing eggs and salad dressings and things like that. Food is great but this location services subpar. Not ordering here anymore. NO DRESSING.... Oh, no.
