Don’t know what manager was in charge of night crew on 4/15 but it was extremely frustrating and sad to see that the only employee working was the gentleman working the line (I believe his name was Angel) while his fellow “teammates” where leaned over counter laughing up a storm and even asking for him to grab a side of guac while he has a line of people and there was 4 other ladies perfectly capable of helping out.He did an amazing job maintaining a positive attitude serving us with a smile and was working at a great pace.

Customer service is horrible, the girls don’t even listen to your requests and every time I go they serve less and less food, even tho I ask for doble which makes it more expensive. It’s disappointing.

Horrible service. More than 3 times they have given me the wrong order. I spend $60 a week because Chipotle is my husband and I's favorite food place. Unfortunately, this store is the one close to my house and since I moved there has not been a single time that I have purchased and they gave me the wrong order or the wrong order even having the label with my name on it! By ordering through the Chipotle app there is no way to complain or to be compensated monetarily. The order always takes more than 20 minutes to be ready. This store is a huge disaster.

I placed an order online. The order was supposed to be ready at 6 50 pm. I arrived at 6 50. I approached the counter and advised that I had an online order. I waited for 30 mins left and came back order still was not ready. Ask the cashier how much longer. He advised 5 mins per the cook. Still waiting watching all the other online orders going out and yet to receive my order which was only 2 bowls. Then at 7 35. I requested a refund cause aint no way I should have been waiting that long for 2 bowls. No one apologized or even tried to fix the issue just gave me the 800 number to call for a refund. I get that my $21.80 was no lost to this location but the lack of customer service, lack of communication is terrible. I been in the food industry for many years and I would have not dared to let a customer left my store without food. Shouldn't have been waiting over 10 mins. No one was on the inside when I arrived

I live pretty near to this location so I normally go to this location but today was the worst service I have ever received. I ordered thru the app & received my order thru the pick up lane. The employee at the window that was handling my order had absolutely NO customer service. The worst I've ever been treated there. She would ask a question about my drink & just walk away without allowing me to even answer. So rude! & when I did get back home, I opened the bag just to realize I was given the wrong order. The app was no help in rectifying the problem. I drove 20 mins back to the location & the girl at the register trying to help me, seemed like she was training, was a better experience. But she went to who I believe would be the manager that was standing right next to her and he didn't even bother to look up or offer eye contact. He asked her a question about the order that the employee wouldn't have known, so I answered & still no acknowledgement. I see that this location definitely has no customer service, including the management team. Please find employees who are competent & know what customer service is. Better yet, someone who actually is content with working for your company because that would be a far fetch for what your current staff representation portrays.
