Been going here for years, love the food
I have not been to this Chipotle in a while.
Tonight I had the best customers service. Steven had better customer service skills than most adults. He was amazing, asked me very politely what I wanted to order, recommended the new honey chicken which was amazing ! High five 🖐 to Steven for the awesome customer service tonight and making my chicken bowl.

At Chipotle Mexican Grill, customers experience varying levels of service. Some appreciate the friendly and hardworking staff, like Thomas, who takes the job seriously and ensures a great experience. However, the service can depend on the store, with some employees well-trained while others may misbehave. Many customers find the food mostly good, although some have encountered issues like inconsistent food portions. The atmosphere can also vary, with some visits being pleasant and clean, while others may not meet those standards. Despite these ups and downs, the food remains delicious, with favorites like the barbacoa salad bowl, although mistakes in orders can occur. Overall, while the experience may be hit or miss, the food is generally yummy.
