We messed up on the order placed online (selected wrong toppings). It was so kind of these guys to make us another pizza at no cost even though it was our fault. Can’t say enough good things - excellent customer service!
Craig is an older gentleman that has great customer service. We are new to St. Cloud and my kids love hungry howies. I appreciate a lot great customer service. He took the time to speak and carry on a conversation through the drive thru window waiting a couple minutes for pizza to get done and had recognized my name and the order. Thank you
