This was my first time coming, I had been checking it out for quite some time and wanted to see what it was about. For starters, the space is absolutely beautiful, I love the inside, and the outdoor seating area. However, we got house margaritas, two of them, with Wells Tequila. We were charged $12 each for them. Which amounted to about $24. Now, don’t give me wrong, $12 for margarita isn’t harsh, but for a Wells drink, that is steep.
I visit all the downtown bars, and I would’ve expected something a little less pricy for a Wells drink. However, we definitely want to visit this place again. The bartender told us about happy hour, so we may have to come there when the price seems much more manageable. I definitely wanted to keep drinking there tonight, but with the high prices for such low quality drinks, my bill would’ve skyrocketed very quickly. Will hopefully revisit sometime soon though!

Khalilah (server/bartender ) was wonderful. She was attentive, and polite and exhibited excellent customer service skills! Stylez was nice, and informative and helped make the lunch experience great! Great time, overall!

I have been to this establishment 3 times. The first (2) visits were good but no one really there. But service and food were great. My 3rd visit, 11 April 2024 at approximately 21:45pm, the service was AWFUL!!!! The man spoke when I walked in. He took my order because the female was screwing with the register. I ordered but was not given my full order. After my order was given to me, the guy and the female both sat down and watched TV as I proceeded to wait for the rest of my meal. The TV was not available until the employees sat down. None of the TVs were on for about 30mins. Once the two sat down that is when the TVs came on. The guy proceed to flirt and insult this woman that came in while the female employee continued to watch TV. At 22:50, the guy has been chatting for approximately 16min with the female customer but has yet to acknowledge me nor bring me the rest of my order. By that time, I was already eating my wings but still no wrapped jalapeños. No one ever checked on me or removed dishes nor asked if anything was needed. Keep in mind, I never received my complete order. As I am typing this, the guy finally acknowledged me by removing my glass and then brought me the check. I asked him about the wrapped jalapeños and he said he didn’t charge me for them. But never apologized or acknowledged that I never received them or that he forgot to put the order in. He clearly was intoxicated. I am not sure if it was alcohol or drugs or both. As he proceed to talk with the female customer, he burped. He was truly sad. The female employee finally woke from the dead and joined the guy and female customers conversation. Extreme disappointment. But the smoked wings were good as always. I will probably just start getting my food to go.

The guy who’s a bartender there suck!Very rude and absolutely no customer service! DO NOT RECOMMEND!But thumbs up to the young lady that actually came over and acknowledged us.

I really didn't want to do this review but I've came to this establishment 3 times with the same results.1. I ordered 3 different drinks off the menu and was told they didn't have the ingredient, so hell with it just give me a rum & coke simple!!!2. I ordered food everything warm and we were a party of 4 and everybody food came out separately, 10-15 minds apart. Ordered wings and wanted blue cheese but they were out of it, go figure.3.Reserved sitting area with couches, ( I paid a deposit) come in the area is taken, didn't make a fuss though because I knew the PROBABILITY of me coming back was 0.4. O and I can't forget we had nearly beg for menus..

The service "socks". The girls are very nice but don't pay attention to customers. Basically, they abandon you. They should check with us. Let's say, watch the beer glass and if it is empty, then go and ask if the customer wanted another one.Hopefully, they will improve that. The rest is very good
