Words can’t express my visit. It has everything I desire in a bakery, its gluten free, vegan choices, awesome atmosphere, and customer service that makes you feel like family (even on my first visit). If you don’t stop by and try their delicious bakery you are missing out. I tried the bagels, a buckwheat sourdough bread (soup bowl), take home vegan cookie dough and an almond slice of cake. Can’t wait to visit again. I drive from Wesley Chapel and it’s worth the trip!!! Thank you ladies!!!

Adieu-Glu Bakery is such a find! We’ve tried the bagels, challah, sourdough loaves, PB&J cookie, and carrot cake muffins, and every single thing has been fresh, flavorful, and genuinely delicious. All of their baked goods are gluten-free, with plenty of dairy-free choices, and nothing is preserved.
The owner is wonderful and even offered to make a special cake for my husband’s birthday, which made us feel so welcomed. We can’t recommend this place enough, it’s the kind of bakery you keep coming back to.

With respect to those commenting on the costs of some of the items, please consider the cost of buying gluten-free flours, etc., and labor these days. If you want to see independent bakeries and coffee shops succeed in St. Petersburg or any where, you may have to pay a little more but the value of having these places in our neighborhoods cannot be overlooked.

The business atmosphere is so relax, and everyone can to come and feel the great energy, from the front attendant to the master bakery lady in the back. Every product is very fresh, delicious with an excelent balance flavor and, they care a lot the product rotation.
