The gluten free bagels and bread are the most delicious I have ever had. I am not sure how Deb does it, but you won’t miss the gluten versions one you try these. The sweet things are great too.

Incredible gluten free bakery in the heart of St Pete. So clean. Owner and staff is so kind. I love that it is a dedicated gluten free facility. Great to get bread for the week. Bagels in the morning, but they do sell out. They offer regular or vegan cream cheese for the bagels which is great. Cannot recommend this place enough.

On the pricier end but when you’ve gone without good bread for so long and are familiar with the cost of the necessary baking ingredients it’s worth it.Dine in bagel options along with to-go baguettes, sourdough loaves, focaccia, buns and usually rotating sweet options. I’ve gone since their soft opening and it’s only gotten better. Go early because the bread usually sells out.
Tried the carrot cake, bagels, focaccia and my son had a peanutbutter cookie. All of it was amazing!

The best gluten free vegan bagel and focaccia I’ve ever had, and we’ve traveled all over the USA trying GF vegan bakeries. I feel so incredibly lucky this placed opened up. The bagels have the perfect chew and crumb, but still toast magnificently. The focaccia is perfectly balanced, fluffy, crunchy, and the rosemary oil they put on top is so flavorful. So blessed this place has come to town.

The cranberry walnut rolls, peanut butter cookies and white cake with cream cheese frosting are amazing!The owner suggested I put brie cheese on the bread - I put it in the air fryer for 2 minutes and it’s amazing! Will be my go-to from now on

Adieu -glu is a hidden Gluten free gem in St Petersburg. All the breads are amazing. Absolutely the best gluten free bread bakery. There is a binder in the bakery that lists every ingredient in each bakery/bread item offered! The atmosphere is relaxed and a pleasure to sit and eat at one of the tables inside. Highly recommend Adieu -glu if you want fabulous gluten free breads!
