An exceptional military owned company with authentic spirits, and the most incredible story. There are no walk-in tastings which is important to know, but many liquor stores and their gift shop at the restaurant (Wed-Sat after 5) sell the product. Pretty sure they also have a limited distillery experience now which we're dying to try! The Urban Stillhouse restaurant (separate from American Freedom but sister company) is also open Weds-Sat if you want the full experience, you won't regret it. The Urban Stillhouse does bourbon tastings as well. We found all of this out from the kind hostess when stopping by outside of business hours, and she suggested finding availability on Open Table and let us look around. It was stunning and fascinating. We eventually stopped by for drinks and apps and were blown away. Awesome brand that deserves support.

We tried to visit this distillery. The door was unlocked so we thought they were open. The young lady working was very rude. She asked in a disgusted tone if we were meeting someone. She then informed us that they are NOT open to the public. There is nothing on the door or website says anything about it being closed to the public.

Went to Whiskey and war stories. Got 2 bottles and had them signed. One was for my brother who is currently a Major in the U.S. Army. He came home to see mom and I for Christmas. We are enjoying our 2 bottle of Horse Soldier in the garage. I love this country and all the people who keep us free. It's awesome to enjoy my brother and drink something that stands for being an American. Thank you guys for being heroes and making something great that stands for strong. ???

Bottle of horse soldier reserve, whiskey was great, until the second time I opened my bottle and your inferior cork left floaters I had to dodge any time I wanted more, a problem that reoccurred and made more floating cork bits every time I opened it again. Seriously disappointing for the price tag paid

Had an amazing evening with family in town. Great recommendations from Emma I believe and her pup tuna was there.. so adorable. But great experience great customer service couldn’t be happier

This place was fantastic - the owner Meredith was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure our large party was taken care of. The food was off the charts good, not what I expected from a distillery. Their hand made whiskey was smooth and top notch, and my wife loved their craft cocktails. 10/10 will be making this a staple on our St. Pete trips!

Well I honestly haven't been there but I've met a few of the guys at events.. very down to earth.. and just have a passion for whiskey... the barrel proof is where it's at lol
