Stopped into this cutesy little shop this morning while on a walk with a coworker. We pass by all the time, but I’ve never been in. Apparently they’re usually a wine bar and recently started serving coffee. GREAT IDEA! Because today I had the Chinchilla Signature and that little beverage has been the highlight of my day. I shall absolutely return!

Reservation for the Italian Wine Tasting, sat at the bar, staff and of course the vine rep were very knowledgeable, engaging bar mates, interesting wines made for an enjoyable evening. Bar and table seating inside as well as out side patio/sidewalk tables.
If you haven't been to bar chinchilla, you are truly missing out. This is one of the most upstanding little bars in the greater Tampa Bay area. It's very small but has an incredibly unique wine selection by the glass and by the bottle. They also always have seven or eight beers on tap and more beers and bottles that are unique and from different places around the world. Lindsay who works there is absolutely outstanding and is one of the main reasons to go. She will make the time spent there incredible and she consistently makes amazing recommendations for wine. Always trust her. Very, very highly recommend going to bar chinchilla.
