La Strada absolutely delivered. I ordered the pepperoni jalapeño pizza and it was outstanding. The dough is the real star—light, crisp on the outside, and packed with deep, developed flavor. Pro tip: let the center cool for a minute before the first bite so it isn’t a little soupy, but even if you can’t wait, it’s still excellent. The sauce is rich and not overly sweet, the toppings are well distributed and generous, and the cheese is used perfectly for a Neapolitan-style...
You don't want to miss trying this food! The pizzas and calzone are phenomenal! I tried the mushroom and gorgonzola burger today and it is by far the best burger ive had in St. Pete. They come to our apartment complex monthly and we never miss it. Come see Kris and let him give you a taste of excellence.
As we're awesome we got the Gorgonzola burger. The bun was made from pizza dough. Very unique, best hamburger I've ever had. They have truffle fries. I've never had shuffle fries before. They have a very distinct and unique flavor. Very addictive. Can't wait to try their pizza!
