Dear Management Team
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns and frustrations regarding multiple recent experiences at your establishment, which I feel have consistently fallen short of the quality I expect from a business of your reputation.
A few months ago, my partner and I visited your location, and we were disappointed by the service we received. A larger male staff member was both unhelpful and unwelcoming, and it was clear he had little interest in assisting with our order. His attitude was unprofessional and left a poor impression.
Determined to give your business a second chance, we returned on November 2, 2024. This time, we were served by an older white woman who provided us with two quarts of ice cream that were poorly packed—only half of the cup was filled. I was disappointed but chose to overlook it, thinking it was just a minor mistake.
However, on November 17, 2024, my partner went again to place an order while I was on FaceTime with him. I asked for two freshly packed quarts of Pralines and Cream, Butter Pecan, and one of Strawberry Cheesecake. The server informed us that these flavors were unavailable due to them being improperly stored, but she offered to provide me with a freshly packed quart of Strawberry. When my partner returned home, he showed me the quart of Strawberry Ice Cream, and to my surprise, it was almost empty with hardly any ice cream inside.
I immediately called the store and spoke with Sam, the server. I explained the situation and asked how it was possible that the quart was packed so poorly. Sam responded by asking if I could come in immediately or tomorrow, but I explained that I could not come in that day. I then requested a refund, to which Sam said it was not possible at that moment but would be available the following day at noon.
I am left questioning the quality of service and product at your store. The quantity and quality of the ice cream are clearly not consistent, and I find it troubling that I was not offered a refund immediately for the unsatisfactory product.
I kindly urge you to review your staff’s training on proper ice cream packing, how to restock and scrape tubs, and how to ensure that freshly made cones are available. Additionally, I have had past experiences where your waffle cones were stale, and there seemed to be no effort to serve freshly made cones, which is another area of concern.
I hope that this feedback is taken seriously, and that steps will be taken to improve both the quality of the product and the service provided to customers. I believe this can be an easy fix with the right attention to detail and customer care.

I placed an order through the Baskin Robbins' website. When I pulled in to pick it up, the cashier was unaware of my order, even though it was supposed to be ready at 10 (it was 2).
Once she located it, she checked and they didn't have my item in stock. She offered me a different item but I explained that my sister wanted a specific flavor for her birthday, which is why I ordered it online in advance.
She asked me a couple different times if I was from Door Dash. I don't know why that would have mattered except to try and shift blame, so that definitely irritated me.
She had to call the manager to approve my refund, which also seemed strange to me. If you can't provide an item, that shouldn't require a call to a manager that's not even on site.
Now I don't have a cake for my sister's birthday and I don't have enough notice to go somewhere else for a replacement.
The cashier was nice enough, but it doesn't seem like this location is very process oriented. I've ordered from BR several times before and never experienced such disorganization.
My suggestion to management is to 1) check the online/mobile orders frequently 2) call anyone if you're out of stock so that they can decide if they want a replacement or a refund, rather than making them drive to the restaurant to find out 3) train and empower your employees, this poor girl was clueless.

I come in to be served and everybody just stared at me instead of serving me.That's not very good management skills or working skills
Well somehow I put my review for Pinellas diesel here that was odd anyway Baskin-Robbins what can I say 31 Flavors if you're lucky and banana splits are great when they have bananas and fudge well if you're lucky enough to get fudge you might as well go play the lotto because it is your lucky day
Friendly staff, but 6.39 for one scoop, outrageous
Worst service ever they were rude and the shake they gave me was room temp liquid and tasted like chemicals
Ice cream was good, guy at window handed me the ice cream cone so that the ice cream smeared over my hand then belittled me for not following sports. Bad experience.
Friendly staff, clean facility and fantastic sweets!
Walked in at 9:39 PM on 7/8/22 for ice cream. All the ice cream was covered up and the two guys working said that the “ice cream closes at 9:30pm”. Don’t advertise you’re open until 10pm and/or have your doors open and lights on for business if you’re not going to serve customers. Lazy employees in a thriving job market means management needs to get rid of employees like this. Won’t ever be back.
This place seems to never have cappuccino blast. Always excuses of they are out of something to make it and todays excuse was the baskin robbins side was not operating. Corporate and management needs to pay more attention to their customers and read all their negative reviews.

I went for Dunkin. I love the people at this store. They are doing the best they can with what they got! Today it was 2 guys running the whole store. One was a floating manager. I'm wondering if corporate needs to help this store out. They need people.
Don't like to write negative reviews... and....They were out of spoons for ice cream- I had to eat my ice cream with a sampler spoon... not a big deal yet the ice cream was frost burned- it had the freezer taste to it.Very friendly person working there though
Worst service ever they were rude and the shake they gave me was room temp liquid and tasted like chemicals
Staff were friendly but the ice cream cooler was gross. I wanted chocolate but all chocolate ice creams were melted, majority of the other ice creams had hard crunchy frost on top if not melting. I ordered a take home quart of mint chocolate chip because it was the decent looking one. When I got to the bottom of the quart at home, there was ice that was scraped off the top of the ice cream. Gross. Some flavors were missing. He said they were in the freezer and didn’t want to go back there because it was freezing but he’d go if he needed to. This store is making Baskin Robbins look bad.
Worst store ever, rude, no knowledge of product, tiny servings. Don't go there.
