“This little cafe in downtown St. Pete is truly a hidden gem. The first time I visited, Bianca had just pulled a fresh batch of homemade organic chocolate croissants out of the oven—they were huge, delicious, and so good you’d think it was a recipe she’d been perfecting for years.

I came back again for lunch and it was just as amazing. I had the chicken salad on a buttery, flaky croissant, and my friend ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich with potato salad—both were outstanding.

On top of the food, Bianca is so sweet and welcoming that it instantly feels like home in here. Every visit is the kind of experience that makes you want to stay a little longer, and it’s one of those places you want to tell everyone about but also secretly keep to yourself. “Great stay! The rooms are freshly redone and very comfortable. The staff was super helpful, especially dealing with our young grandchildren. We all loved the indoor pool. The Bistro was great for breakfast, although the dinner menu is limited. Only parking is valet, but this is downtown Saint Pete!“
