These are easily the best ribs I’ve ever had. I got the 1/4 rack with Mac and cheese and baked beans, everything was delicious. Will absolutely eat here any time I see this food truck.

They have had this truck the last two Thursday’s in my apartment complex and the food is so good. The rice bowls are amazing, the steak is tender and seasoned well and my son loves the shrimp as well.

This BBQ is uh-mazingg!!! I ordered the Ribs w/spicy BBQ sauce, Mac & Cheese, & Baked Beans. Every bite sent me to heaven! The price iof my plate was very reasonable and the amount of food was more than enough. Customer Service was A1. Thank you, Boss! Can't wait to try something else from the menu!

WOW!! The barbecue ribs are to die for!! The meat just melts right off the bone and that yellow orange sauce... Mmm had me licking my fingers!! The guy running this outfit is a pretty cool guy and so is his wife!
