Best breakfast and town. Incredible staff and fast service!

Had to use the tablet PC at the table to order so only one person can look at the menu at a time unless they use their phone which is inconvenient. I was unable to customize my order on the screen so I asked the server how I customize my eggs Benedict so it wasn't undercooked. The server told me just tell them and they will make sure it's well done which I did. My eggs benedict still came undercooked with runny whites. They expect me to order my own food and then it's delivered by a robot and they expect a 18% tip.

Nice place with good food and fast service. Went on a Sunday and waited only about 10min for a table. Food was delivered quickly and was pretty tasty. I had berry pancakes and they were very berry and stacked! Couldn't finish and reheated them in the toaster oven, still tasty.
I'll go back and try other dishes.

I ordered takeout - Butcher Block omelet with potato medley & sourdough toast. The omelet was huge & delicious. Very filling! Potatoes & toast were also great. I would recommend!

This is by far the best restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious, The eggs were perfect and so good. The servers are engaged, helpful, sweet, hard-working, and kind. I can’t say enough about my dining experience at buttermilk. Can’t wait to return.

Found this gem by accident , and so glad I did .. was originally a lil skeptical about the robot server or the tablet ordering .. but will tell you this place is amazing .. for starters we had an AMAZING server named Michelle , was happy to learn don’t have to use the technology but have a friendly server that greeted us with a smile and exceptional service .. the portions are HUGE HUGE. I am a 6’5 360lb guy and I couldn’t finish my meal. Yes I did have a side of corned beef hash , but had to bring most of my amazing omelette home .. the menu has so many amazing choices that was almost impossible to pick … and all that food for 2 people that both of us took full boxes home , the bill was under $40 and In 2025 that is unheard of anymore .. will gladly be back and would give 10 stars if i could !!!

This was my first visit. They went above and beyond my expectations. My server Michele was great. So helpful. Food was amazing and the portions were huge. This is definitely my new favorite place for breakfast and lunch.
