Simply Delicious has the best roast pork and Cuban sandwiches and dinners of the many restaurants I've tried in Tampa Bay--better than the Colombia, Habana, or any other Cuban restaurant we've tried. Their roast pork (Carne Asado) matches the best I've eaten in two trips to Cuba.
The ladies working were fantastic. The crunch of the sandwich was excellent. The amount of me and the sandwich was phenomenal. However I don't know if it was the seasoning or the sauce on the sandwich or the means but it was so overbearing that I really couldn't taste anything else. It really took away from what a Cuban should be. I waited 30 minutes and unfortunately it was not worth the wait.
The best Sandwiches for the best $ you will find in St. Pete/Pinellas County and probably all of Florida! The house sandwich, Cubans and salads are all 10/10! You will have enough to feed 2 to 3 people easily. It’s not cash only anymore which is an added bonus if you are looking for a tasty lunch and you only got your debit card on you.
