Generally I am a fan of CAVA.My small gripes were they ran out of tops for the bowls and the blueberry lavender was watered down.I think it's the most common drink, I hope this isn't an attempt to stretch it. Id rather it be unavailable than watered down.
Food is still ok. But why would you run out of pitas to purchase and replace the lids with aluminum foil. And please make your pick up counter (behind the register) obvious. Not our fault you can’t utilize your to-go pick up shelves anymore. I can’t wait for the seminole location to open.

Wow you really know how to make this first experience worth it.. first time here, got $60. Worth of food for delivery. Get the wrong order. Called got treated as if it was my fault. Then was asked “ are you coming to pick it up. It’s here on the counter”. Had to call back to talk to a manager. So not with talking to and got hung up on. Called back and got no answer. I will never order from this place ever again. Still trying to get my money back. Never order delivery from here. 2 hours later still no food

I ordered the Harissa chicken bowl, side of pita and their whipped feta dip. Yum! Will certainly return. Dogs are friendly while ordering and while on the patio, but not if you stay inside and eat.

Stopped taking orders via their online portal and the staff is not answering the phone well before close. Just read a bunch of the reviews. Seems like the customer service here is pretty substandard.

The staff that was working today was completely clocked out for the day. I had to repeat myself 3 times to 3 out of the 4 women working behind the counter. The cashier was mentally absent and was yelling, "When am i going on break?"The only person who was busting their butt was the lady next to the register, asking customers what sides they would like in their bowl.Be prepared to be ignored and take your business across the way to BOLAY. Or better yet, just go to Chipotle.
