Last night, motivated by the good reviews, I decided to visit this place. When I walked in, there was a young guy sitting outside the counter watching TV—he just looked at me, and I thought he was another customer waiting for his order. I stood there looking at the menu, expecting someone to assist me, but minutes went by with no service. That same guy then went into the kitchen, so I assumed he would come around to take my order. Eventually, I saw him leave through the back door without saying a word, completely ignoring us. A few minutes later, I noticed another person inside, just sitting and playing on his phone.
I was really excited to try the churros, but unfortunately, I never got the chance because I left after receiving no service at all.

Excellent experience at Chiki's. Fred and Christian were welcoming and gave top tier customer service. Came in with 2 kids and Fred
was very patient while they decided what they wanted. He also genuinely laughed at my lame jokes. The churros we're fresh and the slushies were delicious.

Came for a late night sweet treat and left with the craving satisfied it’s hard finding the Cookie Monster ice cream anywhere and we found it here ! The churros were great ! The ice cream amazing! The guy who served us was amazing and so helpful . We used to go to another ice cream parlor but this might’ve replaced are usual spot !
