If you have dietary restrictions such as gluten sensitivity you need to call and ask about every single menu item because the menu is vague and unclear. Apparently “quinoa and kale” means “quinoa rice and barley with a few specks of kale” and I have been sick and in pain for days. I didn’t realize there was anything ambiguous about “quinoa and kale” for a base and thought it was a mistake when it looked like just rice with a few green pieces. Restaurant hasn’t responded to my message about the issue. For a place that claims to be health conscious they lack common knowledge about food allergens.
If you don’t have food allergens, I got a bowl with bison and it was super bland and unseasoned. It’s disappointing for the price point. I won’t be back.

1st timer. Ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and Mac & cheese. Very good food, no complaints. Very tasty food. Also had the Dirty Peanut smoothie and it was really good. The folks working there were very kind and personable helping me navigate the options. Will definitely come back. Very pleased! ?

Service has always been 10/10! Sweet girl always working the front I feel bad I’ve forgotten her name. I think I had this chicken Mac special like 3 times in one month lol. Meal prep is really great value, and convenient! They have high protein and low carb options as well as snacks and smoothies.

I ordered and paid on line for 3 meals to be picked up the next day by my son. I even received an email confirming my order had been placed. My son arrived on time the next day and there was no record of our order at the store. He had to go through the entire ordering process, paying and waiting while the rest of our family waited for him to bring lunch. This was a significant inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen. However, the mark of a good business is one that knows how to make things right with the customer despite an error. It is these kinds of corrective actions that can save customer relationships and earn loyalty. CleantetzStPete should have comped the order on the spot. Instead my son had to pay. I had to send documentation to the manager via email and await a response and ultimately a credit since the store had been paid twice, I asked for a $50 gift card but was countered with an ~ $6.00 credit which I did not receive.On the good side the food was decent and the portions wre very generous. Definately consider a smaller bowl then you normally would order.
Vegetarian options: If not for the service issue noted above I would return as I did enjoy the food. My favorite place for vegi bowls is still Fresh Kitchen.

New Way Health Coach
We recently hired Jen and her team to cater an event for about 20 people. Talk about customer service! Just superb from the point of discussing and planning...to the delivery and set up. Not only was the customer service great, the food was delicious and the way they presented it Was particularly nice. I like how they labeled every wrap whether it was gluten-free and what the type of wrap it was. They didn't miss a thing! A lot of our attendees commented on how good the food was and they loved the peanut butter and apples :-) we definitely will be hiring them again!

Remarkably SLOW service, with a nasty attitude thrown in for good measure!I came in to the restaurant BEFORE the lunch rush. There was no one in line before me and only one other occupied table in the place. I ordered, paid my money, took my TIME STAMPED receipt and sat down. TWENTY MINUTES later a friend who had joined me and ordered a few minutes after I had, got up to ask where our food was, as it had been a LONG time since we ordered.There was no apology for the long wait, just a bunch of excuses... low staff, lunch rush (no... I arrived BEFORE the lunch rush), and that there had been three on-line orders that were being worked on before I arrived.IF you were in-the-weeds when I ordered, you should have told me so WHEN I ordered... not twenty minutes after the fact!Another 5 minute wait saw my friend's food come out before mine... again, no apologies, although my food showed up shortly afterwards. IT WAS COLD (and it should have been HOT!!!)When I returned the food, the counter person told me that it was impossible for it to be cold... it was just prepared! Sweetie, don't contradict me! I'm the one eating it!If I hadn't been there to eat with friends, I would have insisted on a refund and left to find a better early lunch spot!CONCLUSION: If you are in ANY kind of a time crunch... like you have a limited lunch hour... DO NOT eat here! You would be better off at a sit-down wait-staffed restaurant (and since they make it hard to pay WITHOUT leaving a tip for their poor counter service, you would not have even saved the cost of a tip!)
