Don’t buy the VIP experience for any event, it’s anything BUT VIP. The owners are nice guys but in they oversell the experience. Tried it a few times and it will surely disappoint.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was at this establishment during PRIDE, expecting an atmosphere of celebration and inclusion. Instead, I was taken aback by the staff’s behavior — they jumped to conclusions and made assumptions based on race, which is completely unacceptable.
Their actions ruined what should have been a positive and welcoming moment. I want to make it clear that I am not a force to be taken lightly — I stand firmly against discrimination in any form. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures no one else experiences the same treatment.

Extremely unprofessional experience at Cocktails. I was at the club recently, minding my own business and not causing any trouble, when the owner put his hands on me and then banned me from the venue—for absolutely no valid reason. I was shocked by how disrespectful and aggressive the behavior was, especially coming from management.
No one deserves to be treated this way, especially at a place that’s supposed to be about having a good time. This kind of conduct shows a serious lack of professionalism, safety, and accountability. If you’re thinking of coming here, I strongly suggest you reconsider. There are plenty of other places in town where people are treated with basic respect and dignity.

I have traveled all over the country and the world visiting gay bars and this one sits near the top of my list. It’s obvious that the minds behind Cocktail have worked tirelessly to create this amazing venue, and payed attention to every detail in order to provide their clients with a first class experience. My fiancé and I love Cocktail. It’s one of our favorite spots to spend time at when we’re looking for a great night out. We highly recommend it. 5 stars.

From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the atmosphere—it was vibrant, welcoming, and so much fun! The bar staff were incredibly friendly and made the experience even better; they were attentive and just overall great people.
What really stood out to me was how clean everything was—seriously, they keep the place spotless, which made the whole vibe even more enjoyable. And get this, they have a clothing store inside! I couldn’t resist—I ended up buying the cutest speedos and tank tops at such reasonable prices. It’s not every day you can grab a drink and update your wardrobe at the same time!
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about the place. If you’re ever in St. Pete, you have to check it out!
