I stopped by Kahwa after work to use my BOGO coupon because my husband and I wanted to try the new handcrafted energy drinks. Not realizing they had closed 45 minutes earlier, the manager was still there and, instead of turning me away, kindly offered to take my order. That level of customer service is above and beyond what I expected, and it truly made my day, especially after a rainy day at work. Great beverages are what brings people in, but it’s the kindness and good, quality service that keeps customers coming back. Kahwa has definitely earned a loyal customer.
