Don't know if covid is seriously impacting this place but the quality has gone super down? (See original post below).We ordered 5 slices, were convinced to order a 6th for a free beer in a styrofoam cup. When picked up, we got a whole pizza that looked nothing like what we ordered multiple times previously. We ordered garlic as a topping and there was none and were told they put garlic oil on it instead of fresh garlic because they are using up their supplies due to covid. That's great but not why I paid for extra garlic We order single slices because they are very different from pizza slices from a whole pizza baked at once which is what they gave us - our last order had crushed garlic on top of it but although we ordered and paid for extra cheese there was little cheese on it. So all of this would have been ok if they just told us prior to us ordering - then we just would not have ordered. After my 4th call to complain, as i identifies issues with our order, about the 21$ cheese pizza with 2 toppings I purchased which should have been 13.99+ 2 topping costs - I now have crappy pizza no one wants to eat - crazy town Original post - 4 stars Great pizza! Our favorite is the Florentine Bianca. This becoming our regular spot. Also, drink specials are also good

The best mixed drinks. The Meatballs are outstanding also the garlic knots are the greatest. Great service and bartenders.

Went here with a friend because he was from out of town and he wanted pizza. The restaurant was slow no where near busy food wait times were extremely long and after waiting 20 minutes! For three subs and hadn't seen our server in over ten was told that Fortunatos tap and tavern was a sit down restaurant and if we wanted food faster that this place wasn't that kind of establishment. The fact that the response was so rude is ridiculous and the food was sub par at best!! Asked to change my order to a dessert instead as I was no longer hungry and was given attitude and my cake in a box that it barely fits in while everyone else was given plates! Will never return to this establishment what a disgrace! Only to then find out that the rude woman was actually the manager and owner!! Never coming back!!

I have been here at least 6 times in the 5 months I've lived here in St. Pete. It's got everything going for it EXCEPT a competent, consistent kitchen staff. The quality and presentation changes per dish, on a regular basis. 1st time we ate here I had the Chicken Caprese sub. Monster good. Whole grilled chicken breast, fresh mozz, fresh beefsteak tomatoes, basil. A real handful. So, I went there tonite and ordered it. What came out was not even close to the description on the menu or what I had the 1st time. Frozen bits of pre sliced chicken fajita strips mostly burnt and dried. More like chicken jerky. Laser thin slice of tomato. A little bit of basil....and tasteless mozz. What happened??? But what really burned my butt was, when I pointed out the issue, they took the sandwich off my bill, no apology, no manager, and presented me the bill. As if, here pal, get out. I did. But this is not the 1st time this has happened. The quality control or lack of a chef or whatever is going to kill this place. It is a real gem with a boatload of potential...Only if professionals were running the place. My advice is order the pizza, the wings and maybe the the burgers. And the beers. The rest of the menu is too challenging for the amateurs in the kitchen. Such a shame...

Good service and good pizza and garlic Knots. Love the location and the ambience of the place. Nice to see a neighborhood joint doing well. Keep it up and we will be back. Mark made an excellent rum runner and provided good service. We were immediately helped once we sat down at the bar.

Came in after a very long day for what I thought was going to be a good local joint. We waited over an HOUR and never even got our one pizza. It's almost like they never made the pizza at all! They barely came over to check on us. I live right down the street and even the atmosphere was not inviting! Never again
Terrible. Server took 20 minutes to get two canes beers, not once but TWICE. She forgot to put our food in and the burger wasn't even fresh. Would not recommend if you want good service and fresh food off the grill.

This place is awesome!!!! Hidden gem outside Coquina Key. I know they have several locations, but this one replaces The Hideaway!!! Best pizza and Philly cheesesteaks I'm St. Pete!! Great outside Tiki Bar with live music!

Amazing place!!! Food is awesome. Love the back area with all sorts of games including ping pong, life size connect four, etc.... GREAY for sports fans. You can bring your puppy and there is a gated section for the dogs to run and play. Huge area for large groups. Can't wait to come back!

Love this place, it is myself and my boyfriend's local spot. Jake and Travis always take care of us at the bar and have really helped make our experience phenomenal every time! Everything is good from the drinks to the apps, the pizza of course, burgers are fantastic (I love the 4th street), and the wings are to die for. Not even close to having tried everything on the menu but the daily specials are awesome and the vibe is perfect. Will continue to frequent this place as long as I'm in the area!!

My girlfriend and I check this place out last week and I have to say it's pretty awesome! We kind of had a hankering for everything a little pizza, all different types. And I also got a meatball sub. I wish I had taken pictures. I will the next time and add them to this review. They've got a pretty good courtyard with games and a nice bar! Sandwich specials every day that include fries. I'll definitely be going back. It's nice to see a business like this open up in this neighborhood.
