Update to review below: We just hosted a dinner party for 10 and hired Creative Catering to prepare the food (a plated meal) and provide a bartender and server. Chef Phil made a delicious braised beef short rib over rosemary polenta. The presentation was lovely and the food was served at the perfect temperature. Renee tended bar expertly and also took pictures of the event for us. Erin served and cleaned as the evening progressed so I had nothing to do at the end of the night...
