Left food outside 2 hours after I ordered, didn't even knock or call to let me know it was there. Just so happened I opened my front door for 1 last midnight check and food was there. Now deciding if I want to trash it or leave it sitting outside dominos door in the morning the same way they left it at mine. If I said what I really wanted to say my review would be blocked!!!!! If your to backed up then STOP accepting orders for delivery! AND yes my order was PRE PAID

I have to say when the first pizza got here it wasn’t what I specifically ordered but the amazing and fast customer service I got tonight from the only person making pizza that night was amazing , clearly they are understaffed but this guy handled the situation very well and was able to manage to get the pizza over here very fast , one of the best pizzas I’ve even aten in a while and it was a remake , thank you guys

DO NOT INVEST IN THIS STORE FOR DELIVERY IT IS A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!Tonight it took 3 or more calls got hung up on the first time. Then told they had new drivers and it was going to take 7 mins the 3rd time I called. Over 30 minutes pass. They finally showed up and hour and half or better later!!! Food was WARM at best not HOT like it should be. They messed up this order. THIS IS NOT the first time this has happened to me.

The driver took over 45 minutes to make it to my house. My pizza was almost cold and the salad I ordered was nice and warm. When I called to try to figure out what was going on while waiting for the delivery, I was hung up on. This is by far the worst dominoes to deal with. Avoid it at all

Came in to get my pizza and it was not to my liking it was burned on the edges of the pizza, the lady got an attitude with me and was mumbling slick comments under her breath. Very unprofessional. She took the pizza and threw the whole pizza away in the trash. And I had to wait another 15 minutes.

My order was delivered wrong twice. The first time it was delivered to the wrong address, the second delivery the driver delivered the wrong food. Although the deliveries were wrong the woman that delivered my food was patient and kind she did an awesome job with making me feel like a valued customer. So I just thought I’d leave this review here for the people that actually understand the food industry. I was GM at a store in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. The quality of the dough and toppings are up to par with the franchises standards. The timing was perfect, of course on a swamped Weekend you aren’t going to get your pizza in 45 mins, let’s be realistic here. If you’re really that impatient than I’d suggest getting carry out it’ll result in a much faster time granted the store has double ovens (not all of them do). To the store tikilia was great, Yankiel was quick. Keep up the great work, I know it can be stressful.

Terrible. They messed up the order and said they would replace it. 5 hours later it still handy arrived. I called 3 times and some lady screamed at me saying she's busy and won't replace it than said she's a manager when at first said there was no manager and the owner has never showed up or met her. Domino's needs to take their name off this location!
