Walked in and stood at the counter for 30 seconds maybe a minute and not one of the 2 employees I saw greeted me just to let me know they would be right with me. Another time when I went in this particular store for a dozen donuts they had no selection as per usual for this store. All bad experiences in this store.

Received a cold brew this morning that looked and tasted like brown water. The drive through clerk was too busy talking on her personal ear bud to say good morning or address the issue. I went through the line again and asked for a different drink because the intention was to drink coffee not brown water. The quality of the store has gone down severely. To add, a few weeks ago I was in the line for a box of Joe. Was rudely told by the clerk that I held up the entire line as well as took all thr coffee they had on hand. This store is so close to my house but so is Starbucks!! Sadly may make a switch

It's a shame that a cup of coffee costs cents yet with inflation Dunkins coffee isn't worth their price. With WAWAS next door fresher food,better service,better variety,friendlier people helping you(customer service) I drive past this Dunkin. Grade D minus on multiple visits

I have been going to this location for like 5 years multiple times a week. It used to have the nicest staff and my order was always correct and good quality, in the last 3 or so months this place has totally gone down hill. Wait times are extremely long because the staff has no idea what they’re doing and half of the time my order is just totally wrong. It’s sad because it’s very close to my house and I used to love seeing the workers here. All the good people are gone and the service is terrible.

I’ve been going here for years, almost every day for caramel macchiato, bit hot and iced, and all of a sudden, they’re the worst ever. I’ve started going to 34th Street and they’re perfect. When I told staff, something was wrong, I was told I could pay for extra items!

There are two ways you can tell you recieved a cup of watered down coffee. 1. It is much hotter because water flows through previously used grounds faster and doesn't have a chance to get as cool when it runs through never used grounds. 2. The flavor..tastes awful.
We stopped in here before errands on a weekend and had an easy time going through drive through. It was quick and easy, our orders were ready fast and no mistakes.
