I am writing to complain about a recurring issue I’ve experienced at my local Dunkin location during the morning hours, specifically with the employee who works the sandwich station.

I go to Dunkin every single morning before work and always order the same item, a bacon jam grilled cheese. Every single morning it is made incorrectly. I want to be clear that my complaint is not about the sandwich being made wrong. Mistakes happen, and I understand that this could be due to lack of training or unclear instruction.

The issue is the employee’s aggressive behavior and body language whenever I politely ask for the sandwich to be remade. On a daily basis, he slams kitchen utensils and food, rolls his eyes, and shows visible frustration while remaking the order. Most days I say nothing, take my food, and leave because I truly do not want to be that customer.

Today, however, the sandwich was made incorrectly twice. I calmly asked if the manager could remake it instead, and the employee became verbally confrontational. When I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, the employee said, “Yeah, I slammed stuff, so what?” As I was leaving, he then said, “What, you still got something to say?” while displaying aggressive body language. This made me very uncomfortable.

I work in fast food myself and understand how difficult customers can be, which is why I try to be patient and respectful at all times. It took a lot for me to say something, but the repeated aggression was uncalled for. Customers should not feel intimidated or challenged for asking that their order be corrected.

I also mentioned that the build chart was hanging directly in front of him at the sandwich station, and that the sandwich could be made correctly by following the posted instructions. Again, the mistake itself is not the issue. The behavior is.

I have attached screenshots from my Dunkin app showing that I spend over $150 per week at Dunkin locations, and I go to this specific store every morning as part of my routine. I would like to continue coming here, but this situation needs to be addressed.

I hope this employee receives proper coaching or retraining regarding both sandwich preparation and workplace conduct so this does not continue.

The manager and staff all need to be let go at this Dunkin’! they refused to take my order because I was paying with a credit card said I would only take the order if you’re paying with cash if you’re not paying with cash, you have to use the register yourself!
I kindly explained to them that every time I use it my order always get messed up and I prefer not to use them due to. I am not trained and using the technology. I then kindly pointed out to him that they could run the credit card over at the drive-through and can just take my order over there.! it’s pathetic now who apply for the job don’t give pure customer care to their clients! I will never use a kiosk. It could never put my order in correctly. It is not my responsibility to actually put it in. I will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever especially ! especially when there is a another donut shop less than a mile just passed them! Start training your employee for customer service and customer satisfaction and to do their job! If I have to put my own order in, then I would get free coffee like I’m an employee!

Dunkin’ Tyrone is my go-to stop for coffee and breakfast! The employees here are always so nice, welcoming, and quick to get orders out, even when it’s busy. The coffee is consistently fresh, the donuts and breakfast sandwiches are tasty, and the store is kept clean and inviting. What really makes this location stand out is the staff—they greet you with a smile and make sure everything is just right. It’s such a refreshing start to the day when great service pairs with great coffee. Highly recommend this Dunkin’!

Avoid this DD, they have the nerve to increase their prices 0.60 cent higher than the local DD when the have poor customer service, higher employee turnovers, and barely know how to make the specialty drinks.

The worst service. Always. The whole point of having an app to Order ahead is so it will be ready. Today, as numerous other visits, the order wasn't ready. Rudely told me I had to wait... while I watched 12 cars in line get served first. And then got the order wrong. Never going back to this poorly managed location on Tyrone Blv St Pete

Terrible food, terrible service. I ordered breakfast and the sandwhich bagel was hard and dry. The hashbrowns were soggy and tasted like an oven. My iced coffee barely had any cream, sugar or flavor syrup. I had to add my own once I got home. And the lady that handed me my food was extremely rude and had an attitude. Don’t go here!

This place was amazing after my very recent visit to another Duncan where I had the worst experience in my life I even asked for a refund and didn’t get it all back. I didn’t let this ruin my day though so I chose another Dunkin and I must say the service here was amazing very polite. Very patient with my children as they placed their own orders made the experience want to remember I will definitely be coming back here. I’d love to add a name on here to say who was pleasant, but then I’d be adding the entire department. Everyone here was amazing. other locations need to take notes from you guys. I loved my service love the visit. I will definitely be coming back.
