The worst service. Always. The whole point of having an app to Order ahead is so it will be ready. Today, as numerous other visits, the order wasn't ready. Rudely told me I had to wait... while I watched 12 cars in line get served first. And then got the order wrong. Never going back to this poorly managed location on Tyrone Blv St Pete

Terrible food, terrible service. I ordered breakfast and the sandwhich bagel was hard and dry. The hashbrowns were soggy and tasted like an oven. My iced coffee barely had any cream, sugar or flavor syrup. I had to add my own once I got home. And the lady that handed me my food was extremely rude and had an attitude. Don’t go here!

This place was amazing after my very recent visit to another Duncan where I had the worst experience in my life I even asked for a refund and didn’t get it all back. I didn’t let this ruin my day though so I chose another Dunkin and I must say the service here was amazing very polite. Very patient with my children as they placed their own orders made the experience want to remember I will definitely be coming back here. I’d love to add a name on here to say who was pleasant, but then I’d be adding the entire department. Everyone here was amazing. other locations need to take notes from you guys. I loved my service love the visit. I will definitely be coming back.

The experience I had at this Dunkin location was terrible. My sister and I got two medium lattes with pumpkin and caramel in them. One tasted like it had absolutely no syrup in it, and the other one tasted like it had 15 pumps of pumpkin. The hashbrowns proceeded to be freezer burnt and the bagel minis as well with a hard rock bottom. Then I got one medium hot coffee with two sugars and three cream which tasted as if there was no sugar in it at all very disappointed.
Walked in and stood at the counter for 30 seconds maybe a minute and not one of the 2 employees I saw greeted me just to let me know they would be right with me. Another time when I went in this particular store for a dozen donuts they had no selection as per usual for this store. All bad experiences in this store.

Received a cold brew this morning that looked and tasted like brown water. The drive through clerk was too busy talking on her personal ear bud to say good morning or address the issue. I went through the line again and asked for a different drink because the intention was to drink coffee not brown water. The quality of the store has gone down severely. To add, a few weeks ago I was in the line for a box of Joe. Was rudely told by the clerk that I held up the entire line as well as took all thr coffee they had on hand. This store is so close to my house but so is Starbucks!! Sadly may make a switch
