I got 2 frozen mocha at 6:30 they taste so horrible I call she says I canāt get a refund because her manager isnāt there so she tells me to come back and sheāll remake itā¦ tell me why I come back and she only remakes 1 of the coffees ?!?! And is insisting she gives me a free donut or something how about if you canāt give someone a refund at LEAST remake both of the coffee's why only one ???

Horrible customer service. I worked here for a week, managers are all over the place. Too many egos trying to lead the company in different ways. The big tattood guy that I see people complaining about is the managers son so she fires other people so she doesn't have to fire her son. Drinks are rushed and dirty. Spoons are not cleaned in between the different coffees.

Very unproffesional, I waited there 20 minutes after asking if they were working on it, said they were. The big guy with the Tattoos was just standing there telling people what to do but not making thr orders. Just to find out they already gave out the order. Ill never go back there

Wow. Amazing service. In the middle of the chaos going on with hurricane Helene, this was the most calm and smooth morning service. The speaker was not working but they had everything moving very fast and efficiently. Thank you!
Jordan was awesome. I forgot my coffee. And drove around to the parking lot. He brought it out. My dogs got free bacon. Great experience

The only thing right in our order was the 1 order of snacking bacon, the 3 orders of hash browns all had 4 per bag and the wraps were supposed to have no egg and extra bacon but had the egg and 2 pieces of bacon each, less than normal, and all of that was after waiting in the drive thru in the rain with nobody ahead of me for about 5-6 minutes. Please even if your busy and take longer, be accurate.
