Today visit I visit this location just about every morning, usually through the drive-through. However, today I decided to go inside because the drive-through line was long. Unfortunately, the in-store experience was no better.
I stood waiting for over seven minutes, along with another customer ahead of me, before anyone even acknowledged us. The employee working the drive-through window—who appeared to be a manager and was wearing a pink Dunkin’ shirt—chose to prioritize the drive-through customers over those of us standing inside, even though we were there first.
It wasn’t until another employee, Kyla (Kayla), stepped in to assist that we were finally helped. I truly appreciate Kyla’s professionalism and initiative in ensuring we received service after waiting so long. However, I was disappointed to see that the other employee became upset with Kyla for doing the right thing and helping customers who had already been waiting over eight minutes.
This experience was frustrating and far from the level of service I’ve come to expect from Dunkin’. I hope management will address this situation to ensure that all customers—whether inside or in the drive-through—receive fair and courteous service.

The guy here in the mornings is so unfriendly, hes not rude but he really shouldn't be in customer service at all!! The consistency of the food and coffee always varies, its just hit or miss.

Service was great. Ordered online for a pick up the drinks were great. Our chicken sandwich was horrible! The chicken patty was still cold to the touch and the cheese wasn’t even melted.

This place can never make anything right and they never get an order correct. Everything always tastes different on every visit and my order is never correct. Something is always missing.

I sat at the order menu for 5 minutes with no cars in front of me trying to place an order. After no response i drove to the window, a kid with butterfly tattoos and a shower cap on opens the window and says what did you order with an attitude!I said I’ve been sitting at the order menu with zero response, then I said cold brew with cold foam and he just kinda stared at me like I was inconveniencing him. After he goes to get the drink he comes back laughing and I can only imagine why. I threw the drink away, i come to this location every morning as I live around the corner. Normally great friendly service. Do better Dunkin’

I go to this dunkin daily, but I will tell you I absolutely avoid going when I know there are certain employees working. I can NOT believe that an employee can be an assistant manager but is constantly making orders wrong, and no accountability is ever taken instead she only dishes out attitude especially when asked to have something fixed. I have MORE complaints that I’ve kept to myself, but after this mornings visit with the crew they had working, i decided enough is enough! The prices of everything are going up, and if im paying for something I expect it to be what I ordered that is the job an employee at dunkin is paid to do. Yes, SOMETIMES Mistakes happen , and I’m an understanding person if it’s handled in the proper way..
Morse place I ever been I went to the Baskin-Robbins side and they wouldn't even smile at me I asked for banana split and they said they ran out of bananas like really LOL when we came in to order they seem bothered I'll never go here again also my ice cream had a piece of hard part in it so awful
