I came in for breakfast and everything was delicious fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. The coffee was smooth and exactly what I needed.
The service stood out just as much as the food friendly, fast, and super welcoming. This spot has such a great vibe. I’ll definitely be back for more slow mornings and good eats.

Flatbread & Butter is that ex you swore you moved on from… and then you bump into them lookin’ better than ever, holdin’ a slice of hot honey pepperoni pizza, and suddenly you’re spiraling again.
That pizza? Sweet, spicy, bold, exactly the kind of chaos I fall for every time. Crispy crust, pepperoni with a lil attitude, and hot honey that knew exactly what it was doing. I wasn’t ready… but it didn’t matter. I was in too deep.
Then the iced coffee pulled up like, “You miss me?” Cold, smooth, and dangerously charming. Woke me up, got my heart racing, then left me questioning everything by the last sip.
The café decor? Soft lighting, pretty plants, a good amount of tables… the kind of place that makes you feel safe when you’re vulnerable.
🚗 Parking? Look… it’s complicated. But when you’re in love with the place, you overlook the drama. You tell yourself, “It’s not that bad.” Next thing you know, you’re parallel parking sideways just to feel close again.
Flatbread & Butter? Yeah… we’ve got history now. And I’ll probably be back. Again. And again.

Very nice spot! Never seen it before its kinda hidden. The quality is good i ordered egg and cheese on sourdough it was delicious and the coffee was awesome too. Very modern and calm inside.
Amazing. Coffee is exceptional and they were easily able to take my half caffeine oat milk americano. But the breakfast burrito stole the show. So good. Must try. (My server was Paige, she's the best)
