First time trying this place and got a blueberry matcha also got a vanilla matcha both were very good! Got a chocolate croissant 🥐 as well my kids loved it! I also want to add that barista that attended us was very sweet! My son had dropped his croissant 🥐 and the barista saw and said to my son I can fix that for you and gave him a new one! Very sweet of her! :) thank you so much! 10/10 would come here again!

My wife and I visited Foxtail Coffee on the morning of Saturday, June 28, looking forward to enjoying the highly recommended coffee and atmosphere. While we were pleased with the quality of the coffee itself, unfortunately, our overall experience fell short due to poor customer service.
The issue centered around a young blonde barista who, from the moment we approached the counter, came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. When our order was prepared incorrectly, we politely attempted to clarify the mistake, only to be met with an attitude that suggested we were inconveniencing her by asking for it to be corrected. Rather than acknowledging the error, she responded as if we were in the wrong—an approach that felt both unprofessional and disrespectful.
To make matters worse, as we were leaving, we witnessed another patron facing a similar issue with the same barista, reinforcing that this may not have been an isolated incident.
While we truly enjoyed the coffee, customer service is a major factor in our decision to return to or recommend an establishment. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we left feeling disappointed and hesitant to revisit.

This is the second time that I have come to this location in the hopes to get work done and their WIFI DOES NOT WORK. Fellow student, WFH, or anybody else trying to get work done, save your time and money and go to a different coffee shop.
Now I’ve wasted 30+ minutes of my valuable time because they don’t have their fox’s in a row.

We had Capuccino, pour-over light roasted orange flavored coffe and whole milk ice latte. The coffee shop's design is nice, has a lot of light, good A/C, wifi. Great place to have conversation over coffee or do some work/study using a laptop.
