The experience was above and beyond my expectations and the food was delicious. We had grilled oysters and the steak was absolutely wonderful.
Still good.
Food AMAZING! Service AMAZING! Celebrated my birthday and they treated me like a king. 10/10.
Great service
Have driven by this place like 1000 times over the last year and a half when we moved into the area and I’ve always wanted to try it.
It didn’t disappoint. Food was great and without the pomp of some other places that annoy me (I’m looking at you Berns). “EZ” was an awesome waiter.
We had the meatball appetizer and bolognese with another meatball which were very good. The fresh and hot house made focaccia bread and house garlic sauce were an awesome and unexpected treat. Whatever the garlic dipping sauce is that came out with the bread, you need to try it.
Wifey was impressed with Frankie’s signature salad with shrimp.
We were there on a Friday evening. Service was faster than expected and we’ll definitely be back.
We weren’t in the mood for steaks so we’ll try them next time.
My server was nice but drinks took way too long. They were out of bread and out of crème brûlée. The appetizers were cold! I was so surprised. The entrees and sides were luke warm. The flavors were good but not at all the quality I expected, very disappointing.
The food was amazing. Our waitress Andrea was so nice!
Our bartender was Carolyn, and she was great she took care of everything perfectly Adding witty jokes, a smile and great service.
Absolutely order the calamari

I really wanted to like this but we had many issues with our dinner at Frankie’s. The quality of the beef is premiere but the steak was lit on fire and burned to a crisp even though ordered medium rare. I couldnt taste anything but char on this wonderful piece of meat. Whole Anchovies on the Cesar is not typical and they should warn before putting the order in. I asked for no anchovies and was ignored. The manager was rude to our party as well and he paced through the restaurant area needlessly the entire night. Overall whatever. I paid $250. They make a good expresso martini. Our server was fine but had no social skills. Not worth it.
We had really high hopes going into Frankie’s, and we were severely let down. The manager ruined our experience right off of the bat. We decided to stay and then the ribeye was overpowered by a burnt flavor. It was a great cut of meat that was unfortunately ruined by the burnt flavor (and I like my steaks to have a good char). The only redeeming moments were the espresso martini and the bread sauce. Wouldn’t recommend Frankie’s to a friend and won’t be going back.

Dinner was delicious but left me wanting a bit more in terms of flavor and finish. Service was strong but a little too much so in the sense that it was almost robotic vs sincere. The outer booth seating needs the curtains moved as they interfere with your elbow if you are seated 2 to either side of a booth. Otherwise the atmosphere was very nice and everyone was very pleasant. I'd dine again...

I Enjoyed the food they had great customer service and the atmosphere was dim lit and italian. I went on a Monday at 7PM there was not many people and I will come back. The meatball & Marinera pasta was great! The bread service had fabulous garlic dipping sauce. Calamari was good!

I always enjoy my evening at Frankie’s. The Beef Wellington is the best I’ve ever had. Great food & excellent service!!
My wife and I dinned there days after hurricane, so limited menu. However the steaks were too charred and lacking taste.
The Mediterranean flatbread was amazing though.

The people and vibe of this restaurant rub me the wrong way. Nobody is friendly and the managers lack hospitality and basic social skills. Food was ok but I’ve made better bolognese myself. Would’ve given 3 stars if the staff weren’t so rude, but every single person I’ve spoken to about this restaurant have all agreed that there’s something off about these people. Stay away. Also witnessed a staff member being degraded to the point of tears.
