Fresh Factory catered our company's anniversary party and the food was phenomenal. Many of our guests commented on the food. The presentation was next level and the variety especially with the grazing table ensured an option for everyone. Staff was wonderful and attentive and food was always refilled timely. They packaged up remaining food for us to take home as well. Highly recommend!

If you want Fresh food this is NOT your place! It’s very obvious the Ahi tuna was frozen previously and the chicken from the Caesar wrap. The chicken Caesar wrap was so dry on the dressing because she ran out of it and didn’t want to make another batch when I asked for a side of Caesar dressing. My sisters Poke Bowl was so salty. She could barely eat half of it. When they make smoothies in the back, the blender is so incredibly loud. You can’t even hear the person next to you. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was my second time here and both were not great.

Went here for fresh juice which they didn’t have. The lady who worked there was very unapologetic, didn’t recommend anything else to us she was flirting with a customer and not really concerned about anyone else. To top it off the Nutella bread that my cousin got was very hard and stale. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here. We left and went over to a place called Playa Bowls which was nearby, they had more variety of açaí bowls, fresh juice, and super nice people who worked there. Never again will I go to Fresh Factory.

The decor was very cute and the girl with blue hair that helped me was patient and helpful. Between her professional manners and wide selection of healthy options available, I'll definitely be coming back and will recommend fresh kitchen to friends and family!

I got in touch with Fresh Factory through a friend’s recommendation and I wish I could give 10 stars!! I put on a surprise birthday party catered by fresh factory and they tailored my order perfectly. The person that took my order was so knowledgeable and helpful with suggesting popular items and how much food we needed for the amount of people. Their response time was so fast and I felt so comfortable working with them. All of my guests LOVED the food!! We had such a successful party and have recommended this place for my friends to use as well!! The chicken and waffles was the most popular item by far!

Not someone who generally leaves a review but felt like it was needed…. Walked into this seemingly cute spot to get a healthy and fresh meal after spending the day at the beach. It was 3 PM when we tried to order and they were out of almost all ingredients on the menu. They also could not accept card and only were taking cash or Venmo. Both these things I can understand. However, the quality of the food we got and service we experienced were what really compelled me to review Fresh Factory. We ordered three things: avocado toast, mango tango smoothie, and a Caesar salad. The avocados were not fresh. The smoothie was watered down and had no flavor. The salad was just okay. Beyond the average food the staff was whispering the whole time and not very friendly. They did not seem like they wanted customers. The bathroom was also very dirty and had clearly not been cleaned recently or ever.

I love, love, love this place! I eat out quite a bit and as a sometimes Uber/Lyft driver and business owner I know a lot of places around.This place has the best menu I've experienced for an acai smoothie bowl/light fare lunch location. The menu is very thoughtful. The combinations of ingredients are perfect. And just like the name the food is fresh!My favorite are the summer daze and chicken wrap.Don't let this place go under your radar! I live in Clearwater and try to make it over there, worth the trip.Also, met Melanie one of the owners, great lady!
