Food was bland and dry :( Made me question whether they forgot to use seasoning. I was very disappointed with the portion size in comparison to the price. The staff were kind and called me by name when picking up my online order, which was very nice. Definitely need to make improvements with quality of food.

Service was good other than that the food was just not good and the portions were so small. I got a burrito/wrap, and it was just a mini salad with probably 2oz of chicken in side of it. The only flavor was from the sauce, that was the only enjoyable part of the food. I ignored the bad reviews on here but I have to say they are true.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Ordered through UberEats. I ordered the teriyaki bowl BOGO. I added mango to it, which was additional $1.79/bowl along with "chicken" $4.79/bowl. NEITHER bowl had mango and the chicken was rubbery. It could've been frozen, pre-cooked, but I didn't know nor was I going to take the chance of eating it. I've eaten at Freshii in Chicago and it was NOT like this. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

During my brief visit for a pick up order I was forced to listen to the owner complain to her employees that she’s not making any money and it’s all their fault. Meanwhile my order was completed and I get home to find this - btw I ordered a wrap.

Ordered online through door dash so I have no idea what the place is like; however, there was a frizzy white hair in the salad, the qinoua bowl was floppy and soggy, absolutely horrible presentation and half the toppings were missing. It tasted like day old trash, I would know because I work with food and the ingredients had to be C grade and nearly out of date if not already out of date. Or the temperatures are not maintained consistently. In any case. Never eating from this freshii ever again. Probably just a store issue, not a whole brand issue. But yuck. And the smoothie? A green goo, mid at best, something to throw at your neighbors as a prank at worst. The price DOES NOT match the quality even remotely. If it was a 3-5 dollar street side slop out of a shady alley, i’d say “ehhh you get what you pay for.” But this was a nearly 68 dollar order. For only three items. All garbo.

$23 for a kale Caesar- added tofu and avocado. The avocado was completely rotten and the kale was moist, as well as the cheese. I threw the whole item out. I would have loved a refund but it was through Uber Eats. When I called the store a refund was not offered

Way overpriced with surprisingly small portions. I received what would be considered a side salad anywhere else, with about 1/10 of a rubbery chicken breast cubed. $21 for this. Insane enough for me to leave a review and warn others. Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy.

Exceptionally overpriced for the portion and quality.
The food was ok, very very overpriced for the amount you get. But the reason I will not be returning is because of the fact that the worker put all my toppings on with her bare hands. Didn’t use any gloves or spoons. Disgusting. I never leave reviews but this really grossed me out and can be dangerous for those with allergies.

I ordered the fiiesta salad today & I was not impressed at all. The portion size was so small, especially for the price. The grilled chicken was not appetizing and the amount of dressing I got was only enough for half of my salad. Compared to many bowls/salads in the area that I have tried this is my least favorite. I don’t think I’ll be back again.

First time eating at Freshii, will not try it again. Way overpriced for what you get. My bowl came out to $20 with no protein added and a whole lot of rice. It should have been called a Rice Bowl instead of the Chipotle Cheddar Bowl. Very disappointing.
