Had this for the second time yesterday and there was a short black hair in my ultimate Italian. Such a bummer because I really liked the sandwich but will be eternally grossed out after finding that in the second half after eating the first half.

I ordered the Cool Ranch Rider. It has buffalo chicken breast, provolone, crushed cool ranch Doritos, bacon, lettuce, mayo and I added pickles in place of the hot peppers. The sand which was delicious. It’s like when you go to the swimming pool on a hot summer day and you have a sandwich and chips. This checks those boxes and surpasses. First time here. 15/10 recommend. Staff was nice and they have a spin the wheel of you’re indecisive.
Side note: if you don’t know if you should get the large or regular, get the large, you’ll thank me later

Great owners, great staff, great sandwiches! A local staple where the staff get to know you by name - always love popping over here for a quick lunch bite! Coffee is roasted in house, bakery goods are made fresh, the softest bread in all the land - you will love it here!

My son, mom and I stopped in for an early dinner after my son's basketball game. This was our 1st time here and we absolutely loved the food. I highly recommend the "Cool ranch rider" has a nice kick to it the only thing I did differently was ranch instead of mayo and banana peppers instead of hot peppers. My son had the "Turkey bacon" minus onion and tomato as well as sub the mayo for ranch he absolutely loved it!! My mom got the "Roast Beast" loved hers as well!! We decided to try the Lemon Blueberry cheesecake, it too was delicious!! We will definitely be back!! The ladies that helped us with our order were super sweet and made us feel very welcomed!! Loved the vibe. Reggae music playing as well, just overall a great place!! We were at the 3rd Avenue location for reference!!

I don’t normally do reviews. But ooooooh weeeee, Gateway blows my taste buds away. The sandwiches are amazin. The staff is even better. I did not love subs until I experienced the glory that is Gateway subs. I am a changed man now ✨ The Brycer and Cool Ranch rider are my favorites.

Just finished the cool ranch slider which was amazing. I enjoyed my sandwich and half I chose them to order through DoorDash after being hungry all day. Great sandwich and will be ordering again! I didn’t even take a picture because I ate it so fast lol.
